About the role
Responsibilities
- Cold call leads from provided lists to introduce services and generate interest
- Prospect and qualify potential clients through phone calls, email outreach, and online research
- Follow up on warm leads and set appointments for meetings
- Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and construction managers
- Understand client needs and communicate staffing solution benefits
- Track outreach efforts and sales activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams for client onboarding
Requirements
- Previous sales experience (construction or B2B preferred)
- Comfort with high volume outbound calling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to learn staffing services and the construction industry quickly
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
