About the role
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with store managers and department heads to secure secondary placements and seasonal promotions
- Pitch and negotiate for end caps, power aisles, and promotional displays in grocery and pet food aisles
- Build and maintain product displays according to planogram standards with correct facings, pricing, and signage
- Monitor inventory, track stock levels, and flag replenishment concerns or stock-outs
- Place orders for upcoming promotions and seasonal spikes
- Monitor competitive activity including pricing, shelf space, and new displays
- Travel to stores across Gananoque, Brockville, Kingston, Napanee, and Belleville
Requirements
- Natural conversationalist comfortable engaging managers and decision-makers
- Extroverted, energetic, and able to stand out in a busy retail environment
- Previous sales or retail experience influencing outcomes
- Organized and self-motivated with strong time management
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
