Blizzard Sport GmbH in Mittersill is the Ski Excellence Center Austria for the Tecnica Group (Blizzard, Lowa, Moon Boot, Nordica, Rollerblade, Tecnica), one of the world's leading sports equipment manufacturers. We are a reliable international team providing first-class products to inspire ski, mountain, and sports enthusiasts.

Responsibilities

• Support and further develop our dealer network in the region from Vorarlberg to Innsbruck
• Build new customer relationships and actively acquire new customers
• Plan, organize, and support ski tests and customer events
• Conduct product presentations as well as ski and ski boot training for dealers and partners
• Actively participate in marketing activities, events, and trade fairs
• Monitor the market and identify new potential within the sales territory
• Independently plan and organize the sales area

Requirements

• Completed vocational training (Apprenticeship with Matura, HAK, HLW, degree, or comparable qualification)
• Sales or retail experience is an advantage but not required
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and enjoyment in interacting with people
• High willingness to travel and a self-reliant, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Enthusiasm for winter sports and interest in the ski industry
• Confident skiing skills and ideally industry knowledge
• Good MS Office and English skills
• Ideally residing in Tyrol or Vorarlberg
• Driver's license (Class B)
