About the role
Responsibilities
- Service existing client base and develop new markets for BEKA Schréder products in Africa
- Generate sales and convert leads into orders
- Maintain essential customer data and sales expectations
- Manage stakeholder relationships across DRC, Congo, Brazzaville, and Francophone Sub-Saharan Africa
- Analyze market trends and insights to ensure competitive advantage
- Prepare and submit designs, tenders, offers, and other proposals
- Identify market opportunities and implement marketing plans
- Assist in debtor control and debt collection within the assigned area
Requirements
- Extensive experience in the Export Market
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Representative
- Proficiency in both French and English (Must speak, read, and write French)
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions
- Possession of all required travel documentation (passport, visas, vaccinations)
- Self-motivated and target-driven with ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
