Responsibilities
- Telephone sales and online sales of energy products (heating oil, diesel, etc.)
- Handling of offers and sales processing
- Collaboration with procurement and dispatch departments
- After-sales service and complaint management
Requirements
- Completed commercial training
- Experience with energy products (heating oil, diesel, etc.) and initial sales experience preferred
- Extensive IT skills (MS Office)
- Customer friendliness and negotiation skills
- Resilience and flexibility
