Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Engage with healthcare professionals, including specialists, residents, and OR nurses, to provide information on product efficacy and safety profiles.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Baxter’s anesthesia products to drive sales and long-term growth.
• Develop and execute local territory strategies and business plans to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Manage hospital accounts by identifying key decision-makers and understanding buying processes.
• Conduct technical and administrative product demonstrations to differentiate Baxter products from competitors.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain competitive positioning.
• Coordinate participation in marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, symposiums, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure all business activities comply with Baxter’s Code of Conduct and local regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3-4 years of healthcare experience, specifically focused on therapeutic promotion to hospital accounts.
• Proven experience in hospital account management and territory sales.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in tender management.
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry business operations.
