Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Arrange merchandise on the sales floor, in excess stock, and in delivery trucks following company guidelines.
• Execute correct planograms and perform inventory scanning to ensure accurate counts.
• Maintain store presentation through proper labeling, "facing" products, and performing cleaning tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions regarding product location, function, and pricing both in-person and via telephone.
• Process transactions at the cash register, including cash, card payments, and returns, in compliance with company policy.
• Participate in store opening and closing activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma (Preparatoria terminada).
• Previous experience as a warehouse worker, cashier, or general assistant.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
