Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by offering reliable automotive advice and professional communication.
• Assist customers with product selection, including batteries, wiper blades, and bulbs.
• Use diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Drive sales by recommending products, services, and current promotions to meet store metrics.
• Manage inventory by restocking merchandise and maintaining store organization.
• Follow company safety policies and cash handling procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to maintain a productive retail environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong interpersonal skills with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in automotive retail sales.
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification.
