Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with customers and offering reliable automotive advice
• Assist customers with product selection and use diagnostic tools to recommend solutions
• Drive sales by recommending products, services, and promotions to meet store metrics
• Manage inventory by restocking merchandise and maintaining store organization
• Follow company safety policies and loss prevention procedures to ensure a secure work environment
• Collaborate with team members and managers to maintain a productive store atmosphere

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 years
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and deliver merchandise
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, evenings, and overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Previous experience in automotive retail sales
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification
