Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by offering reliable automotive advice and solutions
• Drive sales by recommending products, services, and promotions to meet store metrics
• Manage inventory through restocking, organization, and following loss prevention policies
• Assist customers with basic installations such as wiper blades, batteries, and bulbs
• Use diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend appropriate solutions
• Maintain a safe work environment by following company safety policies and using required PPE
• Collaborate with team members and managers to maintain a productive store environment

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts
• Ability to lift, carry, and deliver merchandise
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Previous experience in automotive retail sales
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification
