Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide expert automotive advice and reliable product recommendations to customers
• Deliver exceptional "WOW!" customer service through clear and professional communication
• Assist customers with basic installations such as wiper blades, batteries, and bulbs
• Use diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend appropriate solutions
• Manage inventory by restocking merchandise and maintaining store organization
• Follow company safety policies and cash handling procedures to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet sales goals and performance metrics

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and deliver merchandise
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong interpersonal skills with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Previous experience in automotive retail sales
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification
