Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by offering reliable automotive advice and professional communication.
• Assist customers with product selection, including parts, tools, and basic installation support for items like batteries and wiper blades.
• Drive sales by recommending relevant products, services, and promotions to meet store performance metrics.
• Manage inventory by restocking merchandise, maintaining store organization, and following loss prevention policies.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend appropriate solutions to customers.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following company safety protocols and using required personal protective equipment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in automotive retail sales.
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification.
