Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by offering reliable automotive advice and product solutions
• Assist customers with product selection and use diagnostic tools to recommend vehicle solutions
• Drive sales by recommending products, services, and current promotions
• Manage inventory by restocking merchandise and maintaining store organization
• Follow all company safety policies and loss prevention procedures to ensure a secure environment
• Collaborate with team members and managers to maintain a productive retail atmosphere

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 years
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and deliver merchandise
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, evenings, and overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Previous experience in automotive retail sales
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification
