Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with clients and offering reliable automotive advice
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to meet sales goals and enhance the customer experience
• Manage store inventory by restocking merchandise and maintaining organization
• Follow store operations, point-of-sale procedures, and loss prevention policies
• Use diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with team members and managers to maintain a productive retail environment
• Adhere to company safety policies and use required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 years
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and deliver merchandise
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, evenings, and overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Previous experience in automotive retail sales
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification
