Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Arrange merchandise on the sales floor, in excess stock, and in delivery trucks following company guidelines
• Execute correct planograms and perform inventory scanning for accurate counts
• Manage product labeling, "facing" (fronting), and maintain store cleanliness and presentation
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions regarding product location, function, and pricing both in-person and via telephone
• Process cash and card transactions accurately, including handling returns and following store payment policies

Requirements

• High school diploma (Preparatoria terminada)
• Previous experience as a warehouse worker, cashier, or general assistant
• Customer service experience is preferred
