Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide expert automotive advice and "WOW!" customer service to ensure customers find the right parts and solutions.
• Drive sales by recommending products, services, and promotions to meet store performance metrics.
• Manage inventory by restocking merchandise, maintaining organization, and following loss prevention policies.
• Assist customers with basic installations, such as wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs.
• Use diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following company safety policies and using required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Collaborate with team members and managers to maintain a productive and motivated store environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, carry, and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in automotive retail sales.
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification.
