Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by offering reliable automotive advice and product solutions
• Assist customers with product selection and basic installations such as wiper blades, batteries, and bulbs
• Drive sales by recommending relevant products, services, and promotions to meet store metrics
• Manage inventory by restocking merchandise and maintaining store organization
• Execute store operations including cash handling and following loss prevention policies
• Use diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend appropriate solutions
• Maintain a safe work environment by following company safety policies and using required personal protective equipment

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts
• Ability to lift, carry, and deliver merchandise
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Previous experience in automotive retail sales
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification
