Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with automotive parts selection and offering expert advice.
• Drive store sales by recommending products, services, and current promotions.
• Manage inventory by restocking merchandise and maintaining store organization.
• Follow company safety policies and loss prevention procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
• Use diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend appropriate solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to maintain a productive and motivated store environment.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 years old.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and deliver merchandise.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in automotive retail sales.
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification.
