Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide "WOW!" customer service by offering expert automotive advice and solutions.
• Assist customers with product selection and basic installations, such as wiper blades, batteries, and bulbs.
• Drive sales by recommending relevant products, services, and current promotions.
• Manage inventory by restocking merchandise and maintaining store organization.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Handle cash management and loss prevention procedures accurately.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, carry, and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in automotive retail sales.
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification.
