Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide expert automotive advice and reliable product recommendations to customers
• Deliver "WOW!" customer service by exceeding expectations and ensuring positive interactions
• Assist customers with basic installations such as wiper blades, batteries, and bulbs
• Use diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend appropriate solutions
• Manage inventory by restocking merchandise and maintaining store organization
• Follow company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Contribute to sales goals and store performance metrics through proactive product promotion

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts
• Ability to lift, carry, and deliver merchandise
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Previous experience in automotive retail sales
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification
