Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Arrange merchandise on the sales floor, in excess stock, and in delivery trucks following company guidelines
• Execute correct planograms and scan merchandise to ensure accurate inventory counts
• Perform product facing, labeling, and maintain store cleanliness to ensure professional presentation
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions regarding product location, function, and pricing both in-person and via telephone
• Process cash and card transactions accurately at the register, including handling returns and following payment policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preparatoria terminada)
• Previous experience as a warehouse worker, cashier, or general assistant
• Ability to perform opening and closing tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service roles
