Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide "WOW!" customer service by offering expert automotive advice and solutions
• Assist customers with product selection and basic installations such as batteries, wipers, and bulbs
• Drive sales by recommending relevant products, services, and promotions
• Manage inventory through restocking, organizing merchandise, and maintaining store operations
• Utilize diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend appropriate solutions
• Follow company safety policies and cash handling procedures to ensure a secure work environment
• Collaborate with team members and managers to maintain a productive retail environment

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and deliver merchandise
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Previous experience in automotive retail sales
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification
