Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide "WOW!" customer service by offering expert automotive advice and product recommendations
• Assist customers with basic installations such as wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs
• Use diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend appropriate solutions
• Manage inventory by restocking merchandise and maintaining store organization
• Execute store operations including cash handling and following loss prevention policies
• Collaborate with team members and managers to maintain a productive retail environment
• Follow all safety protocols and use required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts
• Ability to lift, carry, and deliver merchandise
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Previous experience in automotive retail sales
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification
