Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with clients and offering reliable automotive advice
• Assist customers in selecting the correct parts, tools, and products for their automotive needs
• Drive sales by recommending products, services, and current promotions to meet store goals
• Manage store inventory by restocking merchandise and maintaining an organized sales floor
• Execute point-of-sale procedures and follow loss prevention policies
• Use diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend appropriate solutions
• Maintain a safe work environment by following company safety policies and using required personal protective equipment

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 years old
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and deliver merchandise
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, evenings, and overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Previous experience in automotive retail sales
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification
