Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Arrange merchandise on the sales floor, in surplus areas, and in delivery trucks following company guidelines.
• Execute correct planograms and perform inventory scanning to ensure accurate counts.
• Maintain store presentation through "facing" products, labeling, and performing cleaning tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions regarding product location, function, and pricing both in-person and via telephone.
• Process transactions at the cash register using cash or cards and handle returns according to company policy.
• Participate in store opening and closing activities.

Requirements

• Completed high school education (Preparatoria terminada).
• Previous experience working as a warehouse worker, cashier, or general assistant.
• Strong customer service skills.
