Sales Representative - Automotive Finishes

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow sales and profits with new and existing customers
• Conduct product demonstrations to market automotive refinishing products
• Perform competitive product comparisons to identify market advantages
• Maintain a regular sales call schedule and utilize CRM to track customer progress
• Collect territory information and estimate individual customer potential
• Provide technical product information to support customer application requirements
• Adhere to all company safety standards

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. on occasion
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service position
• Legal authorization to work in the country of employment

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales experience in the paint and coatings industry
• Two or more years of experience in outside sales
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Experience utilizing a Customer Retention Management System (CRM)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
• Experience conducting product demonstrations
