Responsibilities
- Transition the company from founder-led sales into a scalable and repeatable sales process
- Act as a product and domain expert, selling consultatively to prospects
- Maintain a clean sales pipeline and ensure perfect follow-up execution
- Build a sales process from the ground up
- Implement repeatable processes to allow the go-to-market team to excel
- Act as a listener to bring market, product, and industry trend learnings back to the company
- Use analytical skills to model out scenarios
Requirements
- Ability to become a deep product and domain expert
- High attention to detail regarding pipeline management and follow-ups
- Ability to move fast and leverage technology to scale sales efforts
- Analytical mindset with the ability to model scenarios
- Strong sense of ownership and principled thinking
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring and leading a sales team
- Experience selling complex products
- Ability to communicate the company story in a resonant way
