Responsibilities
- Transition the company from founder-led sales into a scalable and repeatable sales process
- Act as a product and domain expert, providing consultative selling to prospects
- Maintain a clean sales pipeline and ensure perfect follow-up communication
- Build a sales process from the ground up to allow the go-to-market team to excel
- Treat sales as a listening exercise to bring market and industry learnings back to the company
- Use analytical skills to model out scenarios and track performance
Requirements
- Ability to excel in consultative selling and domain expertise
- High attention to detail regarding pipeline management and follow-ups
- Fast-paced work style with a focus on continuous improvement
- Analytical mindset with the ability to model scenarios
- Desire to build repeatable go-to-market processes
