About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle for the Brainlab surgery portfolio, including Neuro, Spine, ENT, CMF, and iOR products.
- Develop and execute creative sales strategies for existing and potential accounts within the assigned territory.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with surgeons and medical professionals through regular visits and industry congresses.
- Prepare tender documentation, including quotes and technical responses.
- Conduct accurate sales forecasting and provide data for annual budget planning.
- Leverage client relationships to promote upgrades and cross-selling opportunities across the organization.
Requirements
- Proven success in top-tier sales roles, specifically with capital equipment or medical devices in the neurosurgery space.
- Willingness and ability to travel constantly as a "road warrior."
- Strong understanding of surgical procedures, anatomy, and medical terminology.
- Experience communicating with surgeons and navigating hospital hierarchies and sales cycles.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
