Sales Representative APM (Advanced Patient Monitoring)

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and business objectives within the assigned territory
• Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to drive market share growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and procurement stakeholders
• Deliver clinical and product presentations and provide product demonstrations to customers
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain an accurate pipeline in CRM systems
• Support participation in tender processes and strategic account management
• Provide clinical support and training initiatives for end-users
• Gather market intelligence regarding competitors and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in medical device sales or a healthcare environment
• Strong clinical exposure and ability to deliver technical product demonstrations
• Proven commercial mindset with the ability to close deals and manage complex sales cycles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel frequently within South Africa
