Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to offer accommodations and determine optimal travel options for the US and Canada markets
• Act as a trusted advisor by providing informed and insightful recommendations to enhance the traveler experience
• Guide customers through hotel reservation processes based on their specific budgets and needs
• Conduct daily prospecting of new clients to drive sales growth
• Provide outstanding service by reconfirming itinerary details, such as room confirmations and upgrade requests
• Resolve client issues promptly while maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 6 months to 1+ years of sales experience
• At least 80% English language proficiency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven customer service skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to work under pressure and handle diverse customer personalities
