Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary face of the company for customers in the SME and craft sectors
• Strategically develop and grow existing business within the assigned territory
• Identify new market potentials and actively acquire new customers
• Conduct independent negotiations to drive sales and close deals
• Perform market analysis to identify upcoming business opportunities
• Document all sales activities and successes systematically using Salesforce

Requirements

• Completed technical or commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Proven experience in field sales, ideally within the gases or technical industries
• High level of self-motivation, charisma, and assertiveness
• Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
• Proficiency in the German language
