About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary face of the company for customers in the SME and craft sectors
- Strategically develop and grow existing business within the assigned territory
- Identify new market potentials and actively acquire new customers
- Conduct independent negotiations to drive sales and close deals
- Perform market analysis to identify upcoming business opportunities
- Document all sales activities and successes systematically using Salesforce
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Proven experience in field sales, ideally within the gases or technical industries
- High level of self-motivation, charisma, and assertiveness
- Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
- Proficiency in the German language
