Sales Representative Aderma-Ducray

Responsibilities

• Drive brand growth for Aderma-Ducray through active field visits to pharmacies and parapharmacies.
• Manage "Sell In" activities by negotiating orders and optimizing restocking through digital tools.
• Execute "Sell Out" strategies by implementing merchandising recommendations and managing commercial operations.
• Train pharmacy teams through "flash" training sessions, workshops, and digital learning support.
• Manage the cooperative budget to ensure high ROI on specific pharmacy operations.
• Build relationships with B2B influencers, including wholesalers, groups, and opinion leaders.
• Provide regular field feedback and best practices to the management team.

Requirements

• Commercial degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5).
• Minimum of 1 year of successful sales experience.
• Proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques.
• Strong command of digital and IT tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Result-oriented mindset with a strong sense of customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the pharmacy or parapharmacy sector.
