Sales Rep, Key & General Canada

Responsibilities

• Manage a portion of the Key and General Partners business in Canada, providing account feedback to key partners.
• Develop accurate go-to-market plans, seasonal assortments, and forecasts.
• Conduct seasonal line reviews with buyers and implement seasonal sales plans.
• Use market knowledge regarding product trends, pricing, and competition to enhance product placement and sell-through.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with both internal teammates and external customer personnel.
• Meet seasonal targets and deadlines while remaining accountable for account execution and management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Planning, and Merchandising teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Buying, Retail Planning, or Merchandising within the sporting goods, fashion, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of product trends and the ability to use consumer and account data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to travel as required for sales meetings across Canada and the USA, as well as international travel for key accounts and industry meetings.
