About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the income, profitability, and planning of regional retail, cash carry, key account, and distribution channels.
- Define and align regional commercial strategies with brand goals to capture business opportunities.
- Lead and motivate the local merchandising team to ensure high-quality execution and training.
- Oversee trade marketing activities and ensure promotional efforts are implemented effectively at points of sale.
- Monitor performance indicators including Sell-in, Sell-out, Positivation, DOH, and POS Execution.
- Analyze the competitive environment, consumer trends, and competitor campaigns to inform decision-making.
- Control regional budgets and commercial investments in accordance with company procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial or sales role.
- Strong knowledge of distribution channels and commercial pillars.
- Understanding of state tax management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Availability for business travel throughout the region during working hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in people management and leading merchandising teams.
- Strong behavioral competencies including resilience, emotional balance, and leadership.
- Ability to manage financial returns on point-of-sale investments.
