About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for past, current, and prospective clients
- Proactively reach out to clients to introduce services and maintain engagement
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to drive recurring revenue
- Re-engage past clients and convert them into active accounts
- Conduct regular outreach via phone, email, and meetings
- Track client interactions and pipeline activity in HubSpot
- Partner with marketing and operations teams to improve service delivery
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in account management, relationship management, or sales
- Strong communication skills, particularly in phone-based outreach
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, market research, or B2B services
- Background in consultative sales or customer success with revenue responsibility
- Familiarity with outbound sales strategies and account-based engagement
