Responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle for the growing GTM organization, including sales, channel, and customer-facing roles
- Design search strategies and map the market to identify high-caliber candidates
- Proactively source and engage talent through targeted outreach, referrals, and creative research
- Run a structured hiring process to enable high-conviction decisions
- Partner with Sales and Leadership teams to advise on compensation, leveling, and closing strategies
- Personalize the candidate experience to reflect company values and high standards
Requirements
- Proven experience building recruiting processes that scale with fast-growing businesses
- Ability to evaluate talent capable of selling sophisticated, full-stack products
- Expertise in driving top-of-funnel volume through creative outreach
- High sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing high-volume hiring or scaling a startup significantly
