Sales Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Recruit across an assigned region for the sales team
• Develop relationships with managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications
• Execute innovative sourcing strategies to maintain a pipeline of passive candidates
• Screen resumes and manage candidates through the full hiring process
• Meet recruiting KPIs including time to fill, cost per hire, and quality of hire
• Maintain candidate databases and records
• Collaborate with Talent and onboarding teams to finalize offers
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with legal standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle, high-volume sales recruitment experience
• Experience in construction or similar operations industries preferred
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Indeed/Glassdoor, and Grayscale
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse
• Advanced knowledge of boolean searches and internet search methods
• Proven success in conducting phone, video, and in-person interviews
• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field
• Ability to travel when required
