Botanic Tonics is a wellness brand founded in 2020 that creates functional botanical products like kava and kratom blends. Serving over 6 million servings monthly across 27,000 retail locations, we focus on helping people reset and re-engage with the world through premium plant-based supplements.

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment cycle for high-volume roles, particularly sales positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques via job boards, social media, and referrals to identify top talent
• Leverage CPG industry expertise to attract candidates aligned with organizational goals
• Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment journey
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with workforce goals
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics to assess pipeline health and drive improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in CPG
• Proven track record recruiting for sales roles or comparable positions
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in recruitment for field sales, merchandising, or territory management
• Familiarity with employer branding and employee value propositions
• Knowledge of recruitment compliance and best practices
