Sales, Quality and Warranty - OEM

Responsibilities

• Manage customer complaints and warranty claims administration
• Handle customer-specific requirements and contractual management
• Oversee launch, complaint, and escalation management processes
• Drive digitization, reporting, and continuous process improvement
• Build and manage strong professional relationships with customers
• Work on projects to improve overall hardware and software quality statistics

Requirements

• B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, EC, or EE engineering
• 5-6 years of relevant professional work experience
• Technical knowledge of automotive systems including hardware, software, and diagnostics
• Proficiency in claim management processes and Sales Quality
• Competency in customer QMS requirements and automotive legislation
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Automobile, Quality, or Digital areas
• Knowledge of product life cycle and change management processes
• Understanding of legal, product liability, and data security standards
