Sales & Purchasing Advisor

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end customer sales process, including initial contact, appointment setting, conversion, and after-sales support
• Buy, sell, and negotiate watch prices, including part-exchange deals, to secure optimal margins
• Schedule and manage appointments via the diary system through phone and email
• Provide exceptional one-to-one customer service to clients visiting the showroom
• Ensure strict compliance with sales, financial, security, and health and safety procedures
• Manage stock control procedures, including conducting daily and monthly stock takes
• Handle live orders post-payment and resolve customer after-sales queries

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales and one-to-one customer service
• Strong negotiation skills, ideally involving part-exchange transactions
• Experience working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and meeting sales targets
• Proficiency in telephone sales and professional communication
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload and follow precise technical instructions
• Results-driven, personable, and motivated to drive showroom growth
