Sales & Promotions Specialist

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify needs and recommend tailored AT&T products and services
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight key features and benefits
• Participate in promotional events and marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AT&T product lines, pricing, and ongoing promotions
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive, customer-first sales environment
• Accurately process sales transactions and maintain detailed customer records

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Customer service orientation and a passion for helping others
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software applications
• Aptitude for learning and applying sales techniques
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Flexibility regarding working hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
