Sales Promoter

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers to promote and demonstrate cosmetic products
• Educate customers about product features, benefits, and proper usage
• Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively upselling and cross-selling products
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product line and beauty industry trends
• Create visually appealing product displays and ensure the sales area is organized
• Provide personalized skincare and makeup recommendations
• Assist in managing inventory and restocking products
• Collect and report customer feedback

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in cosmetics or beauty
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in demonstrating and applying makeup and skincare products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets
• Basic math skills for transactions and inventory
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
• Fluency in Arabic and French; English is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
