About the role
Responsibilities
- Support activities from purchase orders to accounts payable and billing
- Configure products in the company system and maintain setup information
- Engage with customers and ensure communication with installation technicians
- Create and monitor project plans and manage stock reassignment
- Coordinate delivery dates with customers and manage loading plans
- Handle returns, rework, and processing of returned items
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 0-3 years of experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP
- Fluency in German and English
- Resilience and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
