About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of projects from start to finish to ensure completion on time and within budget
  • Recommend products and services that align with client business needs
  • Execute projects in accordance with established project management methodologies and plans
  • Establish and maintain effective sales relationships with major accounts and customers
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless integration and on-time product delivery
  • Supervise project progress and performance, taking action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays
  • Work directly with partners and clients to determine project scope, specifications, and requirements
  • Conduct project meetings and prepare regular status reports for the project team and stakeholders
  • Allocate resources and assign tasks to ensure project targets are met

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Construction Project Management or as a Project Coordinator
  • Experience with construction industry products (general construction, wastewater, or waterworks equipment)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of specific Waterworks experience
  • Experience with industrial or commercial plumbing
  • Familiarity with digital takeoff and estimating software such as PlanSwift or Bid Tracer
  • Experience using Salesforce
