About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of projects from start to finish to ensure completion on time and within budget
- Recommend products and services that align with client business needs and project specifications
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless integration and on-time product delivery
- Work directly with partners and clients to determine project scope, requirements, and perform necessary calculations
- Supervise project progress and performance, taking action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays
- Conduct project meetings and prepare regular status reports for the project team and stakeholders
- Establish and maintain effective sales relationships with major accounts and customers
- Allocate resources and assign tasks to ensure project targets are met
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Construction Project Management or as a Project Coordinator
- 2+ years of experience in the Waterworks industry
- Experience working with construction industry products (general construction, wastewater, or waterworks equipment)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Strong ability to adapt to new technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with industrial or commercial plumbing products
- Familiarity with digital takeoff and estimating software such as PlanSwift or Bid Tracer
- Experience using Salesforce
