Sales Project Manager Intern (AI Innovation)

Responsibilities

• Provide project management and administrative support, including tracking milestones, coordinating activities, and managing documentation and reporting.
• Map, analyze, and document existing partner processes to create visual playbooks and internal wikis.
• Research and prioritize AI use cases for RevOps/Sales and help automate repetitive tasks using No-Code platforms and AI tools.
• Contribute to tech stack analysis by assisting with "build vs. buy" evaluations for new tools.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to prototype and validate AI-driven solutions.
• Synthesize data and findings into measurable recommendations that align with business outcomes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, Data Science, or a related field.
• Available for a full-time 12-week internship (Fall 2026) working from our Austin, Texas office 3-5 days a week.
• Strong interest in AI/Automation, process improvement, and technology exploration.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to use process mapping tools such as Lucidchart or Miro.
• Natural problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate complex ideas into structured documentation.
