Sales Professional

Responsibilities

• Directly sell BG/MC/RG/MAT & KLEMM rigs and equipment to existing and new customers throughout Australia and New Zealand
• Prospect for new customers and manage existing accounts via direct calls and site visits to grow the Bauer product portfolio
• Act as the "face of the brand" and a trusted advisor to industry professionals to improve brand representation
• Drive incremental sales of all products, including rental and used Bauer equipment, in a profitable manner
• Ensure compliance with BAUER standards regarding Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Bauer rigs is essential
• Experience with MC, RTG, MAT, or KLEMM equipment is highly beneficial
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a customer-focused attitude
• Fluent verbal and written English language skills
• Full driving license recognizable in Australia
• Valid right to work in Australia or the ability to meet requirements for it
• Willingness to travel regularly across Australia and New Zealand and work flexible hours to meet customer needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in capital equipment
• Extensive experience in piling operations with significant customer contact
