- High emotional intelligence to connect with people in high-stress situations
- Strong resilience, hustle, and proactive follow-up skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism while connecting with a diverse range of clients
- Proficiency in using CRM systems for pipeline management
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends to meet client demand
