Sales Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end technical sales support including discovery, demos, custom builds, and proofs of concept
• Manage RFP and security questionnaire responses for active deals
• Design and maintain persuasive demo environments
• Build integration prototypes for platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Slack
• Drive sales enablement through AE onboarding and competitive battlecard creation
• Report on technical wins and presales metrics to the executive team
• Act as the voice of the customer to inform the product roadmap

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise software experience
• At least one tour in implementation or consulting (e.g., ERP, CRM, or SaaS implementation)
• At least two years in presales or sales engineering
• Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini)
• Conceptual understanding of LLMs and RAG architectures
• Experience delivering technical demonstrations to enterprise audiences
• Ability to work in-office Tuesday through Thursday in Denver

Preferred Qualifications

• APMP membership or involvement in the Rocky Mountain Chapter
• Experience in response management, sales enablement, or revenue operations software
• Scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or SQL
• Experience with Workday, UKG, Salesforce, or ServiceNow ecosystems
